RETURNS
If you should ever have a problem with your A WAYS AWAY order, we ask that you please give us the opportunity to make it right. Most handmade A WAYS AWAY items can be repaired; if there should be a problem due to a workmanship issue (we are human and fallible, despite our best efforts) then we will do our utmost to rectify the problem to your satisfaction.
To be eligible, items must be returned within 15 days of original delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To complete your return, please email hello@awaysaway.studio with your receipt or proof of purchase and your reason for returning your item(s). We will respond to your email with next steps.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Custom or wholesale orders
- Perishable items
- Sale items
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you will receive an email with your store credit refund details.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the spam folder associated with the email address used to place the order.
If you still have not received your store credit refund yet, please contact us at hello@awaysaway.studio.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email at hello@awaysaway.studio, we will check to see if the same item is still in stock and send follow-up information.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please first contact hello@awaysaway.studio with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return. We will get back to you shortly with next steps and a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your shop credit refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
